Hsin Chong Aster Building Services Limited
Hsin Chong Aster Building Services Limited (“Hsin Chong Aster”) was founded in 1988. At the inception, it was a joint-venture company equally shared by an Italian company by the name of Finaster S.p.A. and a construction subsidiary of Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Since then, Hsin Chong Aster has been harnessing exceptional project management, know-how, trade mark and competitive edge under the leadership of its longstanding managing director in serving a large number of reputable clients in niche markets.
In July 2005, Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited took over fifty percent shareholding of Hsin Chong Aster from Finaster S.p.A. The company had then became a cornerstone for Hsin Chong Construction Group and undertook many sizable, reputable projects in Hong Kong and China, namely airport, hospitals, hotels, depots, educational institutions, commercial and residential development and water treatment plants.
On March 12, 2025, Hsin Chong Aster became an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of CTF Services Limited (Hong Kong stock code: 659), a diversified conglomerate with significant investments in construction and other sectors. This acquisition, executed through Power Might Enterprises Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CTF Services Limited, strategically integrates Hsin Chong Aster’s expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering services into its construction arm, which includes Hip Hing group, Vibro group and Quon Hing group. As part of the integrated construction group, Hsin Chong Aster is poised to contribute to and benefit from enhanced capabilities, offering comprehensive one-stop solutions to clients and further solidifying its position in the industry.
The company’s longstanding managing director, project management team, construction licenses, existing and new projects and the prospective business opportunities will continue to present and bolster in Hsin Chong Aster with the express blessing from Cheng Yu Tung family.
