Aster Building Services Ltd. and Associated Engineers Limited (AEL) formed the Aster-AEL JV to implement the project awarded by Drainage Services Department.
It is a Term Contract for Inspection, Repair, Overhaul and Testing of Electrical and Mechanical Installations at Various Sewage Treatment Works and Pumping stations in Shatin and Sai Kung.
