Two Letters of Intent were received on the 1st April 2022 on the Proposed Commercial Development (Medical-Related Use) at No. 4 Tai Yip Street, Kwun Tong. These were for the works on Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System (HVAC) and Fire Services Installation for Hong Kong Baptist Hospital.
The proposed project will be a multi-storey development that includes basement carpark, ‘shop and services’ medical-related use for out-patient day clinic/medical centre. The proposed general and specialist out-patient units include clinical laboratories, facilities for endoscopic/dental/minor surgical day procedures.
Hip-Hing is the Main Contractor and Wong and Ouyang is the Architect.
