HC Aster has been nominated for the sub-contract works on the 25th November 2019 for a world-class commercial development in SKYCITY A2 and A3 of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) for the Fire Services Installation (Phase 1A).
The HC Aster contract is expected to be completed in October 2022 whilst the whole development is scheduled to open in phases from 2023 to 2027.
SKYCITY A2 and A3 which are adjacent to HKIA’s passenger terminals, will provide a maximum gross floor area of 350,000sq m, with retail, dining and entertainment facilities for visitors and local residents of different ages.
The main contractor in this contract is Hip Seng Builders Limited and the employer is Roxy Limited.
