A Letter of Acceptance dated 01 September 2020 was received confirming the award of contract for the works at 17101 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. This is for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Services (Package Contract No. C17101-0030)
Cheung Sha Wan in recent years has been transformed significantly into a modern metropolis. Old industrial buildings became state-of-the-art commercial properties. Envisaged to cover a gross floor area of around one million square feet, the development is a stone’s throw from Lai Chi Kok MTR Station.
The main contractor in this contract is Hip Seng Construction Co. Ltd.
